A+F Automation’s Casepackers are designed to provide unmatched single-machine performance in packing cups, drink cartons, bottles, trays, and plastic cases.

Proven in hundreds upon hundreds of applications worldwide, our Casepackers collate incoming product to appropriate pack configurations, load it into trays or cases, then close the tray or case. The cycle-controlled Casepacker will pack virtually any conceivable product into trays, wraparound cases, two-component trays with separate lids, Zipp & Knack display cases, pre-formed or pre-glued RSC case blanks, etc.

The compact and modular design of A+F Casepackers defines flexibility, while generating speeds up to 37 cases per minute at guaranteed efficiencies of 98%.

The stainless steel construction, along with our unique balcony design that separates the machine parts from the drive elements, equal an extremely sanitary, washdown capable system.
